How it works

Step 1:
Send us the basic info about your logo needs.
Fill out our online form with the basic information about your organization, your target audience and what the logo will be used for. We will e-mail you a paypal invoice allowing you to pay with a credit card or paypal account. After receiving the down payment and logo information we will start designing a logo that fits your needs.

Step 2:
Choose from 4 custom designs & send us your comments and suggestions
Our graphic artists will create at least 4 custom logo designs for you to choose from. After viewing the first them you send us your comments and suggestions for design changes. We will send you back a new round of designs based on your ideas. We will do this for up to three rounds or until you are happy with the design.

Step 3:
We send you the logo
Once you are happy with the final logo we will set them up for immediate download as an eps, jpg, tif and gif (or any other popular file format you would like).

How long does it take?
We will have the first round of revision to you 2 business days after we receive your information. Each round of revisions will take 1- 2 business days after we receive your comments.

What file formats will you send me my logo in?
eps, jpg, tif and gif (or any other popular file format you would like). These file formats are great for web and print.

What if I do not like your design?
We will present you with a competely new set of designs. If you are still not satisfied with our work no payment is required.

What other services do you offer?
We provide the following design services: website, business card, stationary, brochure, flyer/postcard, advertisements. Feel free to ask about any other design services.

How and when do we pay?
You do not have to pay until you have approved your final logo design. We will e-mail you an invoice using paypal that allows you to pay with a credit card or paypal account. If you do not wish to pay online feel free to ask about alternative payment options.
